Jakarta, 17 January 2025 – The Directorate General of Public Works Infrastructure Financing (DJPI) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) held a group discussion forum (FGD) to discuss the progress of cooperation with the Indonesia-Australia Partnership for Infrastructure (KIAT) in the GHG Emission Reduction in Infrastructure (GERIN) project in DJPI Building, Jakarta.
In this discussion agenda, DJPI and KIAT supported by Arup and Greenwise update the progress of the 2025 Work Plan and timeline of the Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction (GERIN) Project. In this specific occasion, the discussion is on the Barriers Assessment for Decarbonization of Infrastructure project in Indonesia.
The specific discussion involved the Directorate of System Development and Financing Implementation Strategy, Directorate of Construction Services Development, Directorate of Construction Services Business and Institution, Directorate of Construction Services Procurement, and Directorate of Construction Safety and Sustainability.
Bina Konstruksi has developed a sustainable construction roadmap, with key targets and indicators already formulated, which is set to be published this year.
