Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage social survey and environmental engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate fieldwork, data collection, and analysis, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct statistical analysis of survey data and present findings in comprehensive reports.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on sustainability and development practices.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on social survey, statistics, and environmental engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of survey methodology, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in report writing in English, with the ability to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and development practices.
